Chance Cars Hei Matau Trophy up for grabs THIS WEEKEND!

The Chance Cars Hei Matau Trophy series kicks off this weekend at Neil Hunt Park with the hosts Geyser Mavericks taking on the Central Z’s (Rotorua), LTCC Development (Taupo), and Tauranga Boys College (TBC) in the battle for early season U19 T20 silverware. TBC are the inaugural champions having accounted for the Mavericks last year but you would imagine the Z’s and Taupo will have their say. Each Team will play each other in a round robin at Neil Hunt Park across Saturday and Sunday with a Final and 3rd v 4th play off to complete the weekend on Sunday afternoon.This series is a great way to establish a regular invitational early season tournament whilst creating pathways to the senior Chance Cars Geyser Cup Tournament, which was played last weekend and saw the Geyser Prems bring home the silverware (#GeyserForever!).
